Accounts

You must provide accurate information and protect your credentials. Free accounts use @bbdsuite.in. Business accounts may use a domain the customer controls and verifies.

Business pricing

Business Mail costs ₹99 per user per month or ₹831.60 per user per year, equivalent to a 30% annual discount. Applicable taxes, payment instructions, renewal terms and refund policy must be confirmed before payment.

Activation and renewals

Business subscriptions are activated after offline payment confirmation and a single-use authorization code. Expired subscriptions may restrict access while preserving data subject to the published retention policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for spam, phishing, harassment, illegal content, malware distribution, impersonation, or unauthorized access.

Availability

Email delivery and features depend on verified DNS and configured providers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or specific inbox placement.

Suspension

Accounts may be restricted to protect users, respond to abuse, or enforce these terms, subject to applicable law.
