Privacy Policy

Effective: 15 October 2026. This draft describes the intended operation of BBDsuite Mail. The operator must verify the details before publishing as a final policy.

Information we process

We process registration details, account email addresses, verified WhatsApp numbers, recovery email addresses, business domain details, billing records, security events, support requests and messages needed to provide the service.

Purposes

We use information to operate accounts and mailboxes, verify account ownership, send security and recovery codes, handle support requests, prevent abuse, and maintain subscriptions.

Providers

Our infrastructure may involve Cloudflare for hosting and storage, Resend for outgoing email and WAAPI for WhatsApp messages. Each provider processes information needed to deliver its services.

Security and retention

We use authentication, access controls and technical protections. No service can promise absolute security. Account and support data retention periods and deletion procedures must be finalized before public launch.

Your choices

Users may request access, correction or deletion subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements. Contact help@bbdsuite.in.

Business customers

Business administrators manage their organization's accounts. They do not automatically receive permission to read employees' private email.

Policy changes

Material changes will be communicated through appropriate channels.

Operator legal name, registered address, privacy contact and retention schedule must be confirmed before production use.
